Refund policy

At Glow Gulf LLC FZ, we are committed to delivering exciting and high-quality toys and novelty items for children. Due to the fragile nature of our products, we maintain a limited return and refund policy to ensure product safety and customer fairness.

Returns

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES unless the item you received was damaged during shipping.

To be eligible for a return due to shipping damage:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged item, including the packaging if it shows signs of damage.

Once your claim is verified, we will guide you through the return process if necessary.

Exchanges

We Do Not Offer Exchanges for any products. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.

Refunds

If your return is approved due to verified shipping damage:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if required).
  • Please note: Refunds are only issued for items confirmed as damaged in transit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part.
